So I finished this game and now I figured out why Lara's mother pulled out the sword, but I down't understand:

1. How did the peices of the sword get to different countries, when they all were at Nepal.

2. What the heck was that "Arrange a meeting" and "My father was right about everything..." things?! I mean come on! there should be more to understand about the meeting and stuff! Or did it come out in/is coming out the next game or they already made it?!!???! Sorry of I'm bothering!

There's more thank one sword. You see the one from Nepal again at the end of Underworld. I think during the England Level, we find out that several of Arthur's knights took the sword fragments and spread them across the world.

As for "My father was right about everything," she's referring to the fact that her Father was the only person who still believed that her Mother was alive, which is the big reveal during the final cut scene. The game is essentially a 'to be continued' ending.

I just realised that the voice Lara's mother heard was in fact those two, their voices channeling through time. When Lara said "daughter", her mother mentioned her daughter. When Amanda said "explode" she freaked out and pulled it out. It all makes sense now. :D
