que viva cuba cohones y los cubanos que con poco material tienen el mejor boxeo amateur del mundo lo se porque he vivido lo suficiente allì para verlo
No problem, it was an honor to be part of your short doco. You captured the boxing and Havana well. I'm due back soon, missed out on Olympic selection for Beijing but I'll hit up the next commonwealth games.
Ha Ha, that's me sparing on this film. I lived there for three months. Marcial was my coach, what an amazing guy. The only person I could truly trust in the whole country.
Hey that's you? I'm Jon the guy who Femmily did the filming. I should have asked your permission before making you famous but i think that was the only time we were in the gym at the same time.
hey mate, props for going to cuba and boxing, whats it like for begginers, like sparring coaching and so on,what the language difference an issue or did you know some spanish,w/b
if anyone here knows if theres any possibility for a norwegian 18 year old to travel to cuba and study for one year?? would be great to learn boxing from the masters of the sport
check out boxeo rafael trejo in Habana on Cuba road in the area near the Capitolio building. Ask for Miranda, the best coach for technique I"ve ever had. Sparring is a little difficult to come by but you'll get 2 hours with him (a cuban professor of boxing!) for 5 convertibles ($5). He is fucking awsome coach and a really nice guy.
i had to leave it, my parents came here because of the military in cuba, if i stayed over there as of today i would be forced to join the miltary, and my parents didnt want that so we came here (i was 8 years old).
How is Cuba really like? Is it this horrible place that is similar to living in Nazi Germany or is it a place were you know the government is good and able to take care of you via healthcare, education, etc; or is it in the middle?
I lived there for a year I know you will say " if you live there forever you would hate it" maybe but it´s impossible to explain politics on you tube.

I was just there and you right, it's so difficult to find people you can trust. Where were you training?
