  • I lived in this house from 78 to 79. It was cold and miserable. The stove exploded. It was when Donna Young owned it.

  • @caestill Sorry to hear that. I feel bad that you went through that.

  • See the video, " Suncrest cottage organic architecture".

  • I wish i could have more pictures of interior space what it supposed to look like. I wish this house can be in public so I can see close-up and do better photos for my class project!!! I appreciated that you posted this video to provide an idea what it looks like but I wish it should focused on building, not people. Thanks!

  • I built and installed the kitchen cabinets during the big renovation in the early 1990;s for B. Taylor, who's father, bought the house from the Jacobs'.

  • Wow, wow, wow, I love this house. I love all Frank Lloyd Wright houses and buildings.

  • Unfortunately this is poor video quality and too much time spent talking with the people.

The post is appreciated anyway - I love this house.

  • This video really doesnt do the house justice. I had the privilege of living in this house for a summer around 1964 or 65. I love the house and have often though about recreating where Im living now. Of all or the Frank Lloyd Wright house Ive seen this is my favorite. I am thankful that that it has been restored.

  • wow how did you manage that?

  • @t9106 I only about 10 or 11. The house is privately own. If I remember right, by a someone at Uof W. My dad rented it from them while he did some work there and they were on sabbatical. The house had the original furniture in it. My understanding is that the people who owned it had to sell the furniture.

This guy has changed the layout of the second floor quite a bit.

  • Very good video. A question, can one look such a house in the USA simply so and if so how much this costs?

  • its a Frank Loyd Wright hose man...one of the gratest architect in the world you will never get this house, and you cant buy it eather... yo can get an architect to make somith a like.. but just alike

  • Amazing. Amazing.

I was intrigued by this house from a book I have. The Jacobs built this house themselves. Thanks for the upload
