This chase gets a "F". The road chase on the highway put too many innocent drivers in harm's way. Looks like the police wanted to play bumper cars. Once a suspect uses his vehicle as a battering ram, his intent is to kill or commit serious bodily injury and deadly force should be used. The officers were extremely lucky the suspect's car didn't move after stopped, since it put fellow officers in extreme danger.These cops watch too many movies and need to enforce their duty to protect not play..
