My sl mkII's keys and drum pads aren't working

Automap 4 map have a problem if you have keycommands the use the same keys. example. shift t, control t, shit control t in cubase, anything like this will not work correctly, it will try to do all of them at the same time, i have the hard time with cubase keycommands in automap 4 and it was doing the same in automap 3. Now in Fl studio, Automap keycommand all work, u push a button and it works, in Cubase, u push a button it will do nothing or try to do all command that have the same Characters.

i have it 2 and it does not map correctly, it will map buttons 2 sliders, sliders 2 pots, pots 2 sliders or buttons, it will map things all over the place, you have to go in and re map everything to make since of it. Then there is a problem when control a plugin, if you have a lot of the same plugin in your session, you dont know which plugin you are controlling on what track. if i have eq on all tracks, automap is controlling a eq, but which one? What track? follow on screen plugin work, but?

@rudeboys28712 a good method to keep track of individual plug-ins is to rename them in the Automap Server window by editing the 'Name' field. Once this is done the new name will be displayed when viewing the relevant browser group (i.e. 'fx' or 'inst'). Please let us know if you have any questions.

automap 4 doesn't even work right. now I'm sitting here trying to get all of the attachments that came with the download of 4 erased so i can install the previous auto map.

@NovationTV i got the the zero sl mk2 and i'm using the automap 3.5 pro software to control my daw. But can i upgrate my 3.5 pro to 4 ?

@PukkatronicAllstars when he said pages he also meant banks in which you map a button to turn to different banks and a every bank makes the buttons or faders on your controller to control different parameters of ur daw

I own the 25SL MkII and very happy with it (can be seen in my latest video).

I will admit before the new firmware and software updates it was a nightmare to set up but now it really is as easy as they state it is. As for customer service, I called them regarding spare/replacement parts and they sent me everything I needed free of charge!
