hey, what software did u use to make this video? i downloaded dvdx which was supposed to do this, but it was really complicated and put a load of viruses on my laptop and i had to pay 30 quid to get it cleaned. i really want to make a fanvid for harry potter because i have a load of ideas, but i can't, please help me asap
poor - your clip choice wasn't well-matched, and you dragged out the clips to the point of boredom. It just really wasn't good. I mean, it started out pretty nicely; 1/2 a minute in I thought I was headed for a nice four-star vid, but - it really fell.
un*til* 1:34. You picked it up; it got better. And I really think your concept was cool, w/ the diff. guys, but it sort of fell apart @ draco. in any case, what really shone was your concept (yay!); the execution just needed a *lot* of work.
i'm sorry :(. It kind of was harsh. I guess *my* execution needs work ;)
But I really did mean it just as constructive criticism, and I'm really glad that you saw it that way. I just hate when I see cool concepts fall between the cracks - it's like longing for the fat, glorious nugget of gold glittering beneath a muddy pond. Anyway, I really admire your creativity for the concept; just work on those things and you'll have five-star vids.
