  • i remember when this came out. this track was supposed to be play in quadraphonic sound.

  • El mejor tema!!!! Gracias!!!!!

  • I remember when all the different versions of this video came out in '84 that Yes said in an MTV interview they saved one version they would show only if "Leave It" went to #1 on Billboard. It never did and I still wonder what that particular video contained...

  • I remember they played different versions of this ALL FUCKING DAY on April Fools Day 1984 on MTV. I was 13 and laughing my ass off!

  • @scotto61871 All except one ended with the band taking a bow..that was the one viewers chose.

  • @scotto61871 I remember that, too! I was 13 asw well.

  • 'Yes' has such a cool unique sound, love this tune!!!!!!!!

  • I was obsessed w this song age 11

  • @queenship7 I was around 8 or 9 when this tune came out. I still remember a pumpkin orange 70s Plymouth Duster stick shift. It was easy for my dad to shift the car when this tune was on. There was nothing like being thrown into the seat of the car while this tune was playing. :)

  • I had this to listen to as a teenager. Today's teenaged girls have Justin Bieber. I'm glad I grew up when I did.

  • @Noelegy Damn right... music now a days is CRAP.

  • Seriously how many flippin videos were there of this? I lost count after like take 50 or something. They also did do a video version of the Acapella version, which just flippin rocked. And people wonder why bands like this still have a following. THIS is why.

  • This is the first time I've actually seen this video! Can you believe it. I remember the song from that year. The reason for not seeing it at that time,I was in a terrible riding accident in a horse race near Chicago,1984. I was 24,and just starting my life as a jockey. It ended up being all good after 2 years. I moved back to Kentucky, rode races at Latonia(now called Turfway Park Racetrack) I love the group YES! Trever is one good looking guy! Glad he joined the band. Retired female jockey.

  • ..and we windmill! Lol! 2:57

  • great sound, hate the video - wonder if Yes players enjoyed seeing their mugs upside down and backward for the entire video....crazy

  • @jmeyer4321

the video technology at that time was rudimentery at best...always put your

criticism, productive of not, in historical perspective .

  • For some reason this sounds different slightly from the album version another person posted. Weird.

  • As much as I enjoy Close to the Edge, Fragile and Relayer, this is still one of my favorite Yes songs.

  • Reminds me of Kenny Loggins

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE

  • I liked this better than "Owner of a Lonely Heart". The A CAPPELA intro was very revolutionary for a tune. I think this was as dynamic a tune as 1972's "Roundabout". I truly believe that.

  • I do remember in spring 1984 they announced there was 17 versions of the video. I only saw it once on MTV as I lived in Canada however I did tape the version that was aired I believe on Friday Night Videos. I saw Jon Anderson live in New York April 2011 and have posted videos of his solo show.

  • So so sweet, yes yes. Thank you So!

    Robin in SF

  • A Chris Squire composition,mostly !! Harmony!!!!

  • @ksjoyjespeace

Chris Squire kinda hot too :)

  • I love the creativity - but kinda/sorta wonder what was put in the creators Cheerios the morning he envisioned THIS! ... (lol)

  • Thank you for reposting, Best YES song!! I wish screwtube would stop removing it!!

  • Great video, awesome band!

  • one of the best videos ever

they must have had trouble naming the album

for the name of the album, 90125

is the columbia house catalog number (look at the binding of your album/cd)

  • @livingdeadbtu No. 90125 is the ATCO Records catalogue number assigned to the album.

  • @texs2007 Thanks for the correction, I knew that it was simply the catalogue number, I am not home (on walkabout) and thought I had bought it through columbia house so I "guessed", I shoud have cross checked using some sort of electronic lookup device, like the internet LOL

  • @livingdeadbtu no problem. still a classic album after almost thirty years. [damn,i'm old!]

  • Who else watches this video while standing/sitting on their heads? :-)

  • I put a dislike on here. I love the video, just for another reason (and I think you know what I mean).

  • Why? Why can't these music videos be played on mobile? Is the owner too proud and too stucked-up or something?

  • Out of 18 different video versions, this was #11.

  • I've reached a new level of happiness e.e ...

  • Yay, it's back!

  • Excellent quality! Excellent song! Excellent video! Excellent album from an excellent year..!

  • only(just) 3500 exibitions?!?!?!? PREEETTYY MUSSSIICCC!!!! whats wrong?? BRASIL HEX !!! BRASIL HEX!!!!

  • THANK YOU!!! I LOVE THIS!!! THANK YOU!!!

  • Trevor Rabin is the tallest of the guys in Yes.

  • @quarqill Most talented too, (IMO). What an amazing singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, guitarist, producer, arranger, engineer, film composer, artist, etc! Bravo!

  • @gun15509, there were actually 15, but only 14 aired on MTV. The 15th, to my knowledge, has never been aired.

  • @WyllyWylly i remember when there were quite a few and my parents would watch 60 Minutes instead of letting me watch Yes vidieos:)

  • OMG THIS IS SOOOO SEXYY!!!! <333 ahaha Songs of the Century

  • Spring,1984...MTV would air the various versions at the top of the hour. What a different world it was...

  • @CaptainBeyond72 I remember that! I loved switching back to MTV, waiting for the next version. The interwebs say there were 17 versions of this video, but I remember MTV saying there were 35 or 36 versions.

  • @CaptainBeyond72 Yea...things were great back then....never be another decade like the 80s!!

  • @CaptainBeyond72 Back when the "M" in Mtv stood for "Music."

  • I have looked for this videa forever!

  • HIt #3 rock, #24 pop in the US (Billboard). How'd it do in the UK? God bless!

  • They actually deleted this video becuz of copyright issues from someone else's channel~that's why I put that disclaimer on every song I upload!! Always loved YES and their whole 90125 albumn!! Thanks for the comments..

  • omg its bout time someone put a great version of this tytyvm

  • It's only 26 years since I've seen this!

  • @EDJ1845

Didn't they have like 10 different version of this video? I remember MTV showed them back to back, when they did a special on the group.

  • @gun15509 yes a ton of different videos: we had one tv and i couldnt watch them because parents wanted to wach 60 minutes:(

  • Still groundbreaking almost 30 years on. (Yikes! 30 years???)

  • @texs2007 yies is right:)
