no, my front uprights snapped, and their was a pin which stopped it from coming, it a acme nb16,

how do you replace the front uprights, because i cannot get the pin out?

You mean Upper suspension arms? There are two screws under the car to remove whole front end from chassis, and then there are two screws that undoes loosens it :)
What car do you have? It is different though depending on what car you have
