Even Krishnamurti had a system and a Guru who was Maitreya whom Krishnamurti forgot after the spontaneous samadhi that was given to him by Maitreya. Read Emily Luytens' biography of Krishnamurti entitled "Years of Awakening" to be correctly informed on Krishnamurtis sojourn. I myself had a public access TV show about Jiddu Krishnamurti for 7 years on Time/Warner until 2005

A friend & I would read J. Krishnamurti & we would talk about his thought & etc. for hrs. at a time. He seemed to think he was the return of christ. Jiddu did seem to have real insights, though I often wonder if he really had the depth of insight that my friend thought he had.

This man says he has contentious Samadhi yet he needs to spend 6 to 8 hrs. "work" ever day, to have it, it tells me he has not awaken, therefore does not have contentions bliss.

I don't get your point

Meditation is actually a practice performed WITH your 'physical brain' the goal being pronounced mental control and ultimately a very efficient level of perception.

There's no magic in this, although a lot of practitioners get hung up on the 'guru' nonsense and cosmic mumbo-jumbo, if you strip away all the paraphernalia you are left with a very practical form of self-therapy.

You call it a product of ignorance, they call it enlightenment, I call it mental health.

This is a state of being that is on a much higher and more profound level than any construct of the Cognitive functioning of our mind. You must do the hard work of individuation and Self Realization. Universal Nature (Higher Self) is Light. However, our individual aspect (Soul) is evolving in time through many incarnations. The karma (pain body, astral body) must be cleared. This happens through a long arduous process called Awakening or Kundalini. The result of this effort is that Soul is integrated with Spirit. The marriage of Shiva/Shakti...Mother/Father..­.etc. Be not deceived, there is no instant enlightenment.

Looking to outward things for fulfillment brings temporary satisfaction. Finding happiness, freedom (liberation) and enlightenment requires determination and commitment toward realizing within that which is eternal joy.

Fulfillment is found in respecting one's little self while moving beyond it and identifying with the Eternal Self. It is awakening into the knowing; it is identifying the Self. Christening. OM

You are contradicting what this Yogi is saying. He clearly puts down various methods of spiritual transmission (diksha and darshan) because they become "crutches." Now you are saying that certain kinds of crutches are okay, simply because they are techniques. This is a circular argument. You can't play both cards, unless you want to contradict this Yogi. Besides, receiving the darshan or diksha of a Master may remain active in the recipient's consciousness.

Practices and techniques also become crutches over time. What is the difference between depending on an outer person or Master and a technique taught by a Master. Both are "things," or objects to the essential Being that must be realized directly. The teachers who "hug" and/or bless through the head do not claim to enlighten others immediately. Mmmh, for me it isn't really important who came down from heaven or who didn't. I think I can find the Way/Truth/Life in the words of many persons. So I think Jesus and Gotama the buddha would have agreed very well, because they shared the same truth: people have to find their answers by themselves, but there ARE answers. Enlightenment means to realize our life-force which is actually deathless and eternal. This is the great secret. Right now we are so attached to out bodies we can't comprehend this life-force. When we finally realize it we will be in samadhi, 24/7. It can't leave us because we have always been this force. But we didn't know this before our enlightenment. Yes, I definetly agree, this man is walking light. He's been to the realms of good, I can understand. I will definetly allow myself the teaching of this great man.
