  • No more kicking the can down the road. Economic patriotism where everybody, I mean every man, woman, and child have to share in the pain so that we don't end up with so much economic decline that what is left that is important is just food, water and bullets.

  • @WoodenWerx Yep, .91 cents per serving is terribly expensive! I take it you don't eat out or at home for that matter. Mountain House #10 cans are anywhere from 2.50 to 3.50 per serving. I believe .91 cents is pretty competitive for 15 - 25 year shelf life emergency food reserves. You do get 12 servings of food for free. You do pay for the shipping. This weeds out uninterested people looking for a handout. It's a great deal for those who are interested and want to try it before they buy it!

  • @garysquirrelreviews I agree that the US won't default. It's simply going to inflate for as long as it possibly can, slowly but surely. It's like that old anecdote of putting a frog in boiling water vs gradually heating the water.
