Bob strollers are the best in the world, however, their customer service is TERRIBLE. They say every where that the "retrofit kit is available on our website" - but it's not. Only way to get one is by calling their customer service number. Guess what? No one ever answers- and you can't leave a message. And you can't send an email. I can't install my weather shield until I have this kit- why didn't the kit come with the weather shield? Why can't I order one online? Why can't I email them?
