@killaproductz G'day, thanks for that, lol, I have to let her talk, otherwise she wont make the videos with me. That's not a Queensland Snapper, that's a Porgy. Well, from just over a month ago, I'm calling them "Porgies" in honour of my US friend, Andy....Happy Australia Day. Cheers from Jeff & Wilma
@007andyman007 G'day Andy, thanks for that. Your right, it is a porgy but so are another 124 other species of sea breams & snappers called porgies. The fish I filleted is a pink snapper, squire, where I live, a red snapper in Japan. A porgy where you live. And many other common names to a lot of people. But one thing's for certain, it's a Pagrus auratus, as I said in my title. Happy fishing Andy, tight lines. cheers.
@007andyman007 There's only one Pagrus auratus. Did you notice I changed my title? But you win, I'm sure your right, however, did you learn anything from my video?
i just reciently found your channel and im trying to play catch up. please dont stop making vids, i absolutely love them. you two seem the perfect match. and i cant help but to have this thought. i can only hope to have a marriage like yours. i see such beauty in it... and by the way. for some reason these vids are really soothing to watch.. i find they are very relaxing... keep up the great work....
@brandishoogy WOW, thanks for that Brandi, you've put me on a high, marijuana couldn't compete with, plus it's going to last all day, lol. & all next week, true. Anyway, thanks again Brandi, take care, bye for now.
Thank you - very helpful and clear! I feel more confident about trying it myself now. Next time I go to the market I'll get more than just a filleted ocean trout :-)
@kadirecipes Thank YOU Oumou, great to hear from you. Guess what? we had some sweet potato greens the other day. Very nice, we had them in a stir-fry. anyway, take care, bye for now.
Thanks for that, I now fillet much better!

Great video! Next time just tell the missus to stop talking while you make your videos! Distracting comments! Go QLD Snapper!
