@prestb I think what it comes down to is that he is smart. He uses expensive mods (expensive shield boosters gives more shield boost) and uses implants which increase effectiveness of mods like that, and also uses a ganglinked tech 3 ship cruiser to boost his overall performance giving him an edge over most people. combine that with being smart and careful and knowing when to run away, makes for pure ownage.
