i wouldnt recommend kawasaki to any1...... i brought new kawasaki ninja and they really dont give shit about you. you will notice if something goes wrong.

Even worse is i got my major service at 15,000 kms and the kawasaki service center forgot tighten my brakes and the brakes fell off. now in legal battle -_-

Well Gizmorun, the technology they have with bikes today is 4 years ahead they arent releasing to us, theyre top secret and so is what the do with them. The have a thing called an evolution tank and what that does is age a bike 20 years in a week. They take them out test them and they still run tits. And the bike is put in mild conditions in that tank and it is still in excellent contion. all theyre change each year is an ecu and desighns :P

Pointless! Whats the difrence in cornering and low and midrange power? In my opinion tecnoligy has stoped for any meaningfull points to the production of a bike. Start finding ways for producing tires that are better performance and cost afective for an every day rider.

I think we are stuck with the tyres we have as that is the best marriage between grip and wear. They only way to change that is to buy a smaller bike or detune your 1000 so it puts out less hp and then put some really hard touring tyres on so you get the mileage.

I love the way the engine sounds when front wheel drops and the ram air starts to feed the airbox right around 120. You can barley hear it over the wind blast the comes over the view screen but I swear I can hear the RPMs kick up.

Strelitz, I am aware of that, but the ram air's intake tracts are designed for level riding. With the nose in the air the ram air snorkles cannot take in aerodynamically clean air that's why the RPMs pick up when the front wheel drops. Just saying. Next time you are a passenger in a car stick you head out the window and look to the rear, there is a angle where your skull will start to mess with the air you inhale, that should give you an idea of the scat I'm slingin.
