when it is -20 you can have your dog chase the laser light while you stay in the warm comfort of home. My neighbor goes outside to smoke, I go outside to get my pup with run off her energy.

I dont know if its normal but I walk outside with shorts when its 0 degrees lol. Everyone looks at me like I'm weird so I just say 'man up"
