After watching this video a lot!! you can see that she does not disapear then reapear because when she slides back down from on her knees her left foot slides to the bottom of the bed you ccan see this by the hump in the bottom of the bed.
When she seems to appear the foot slides back up when she turns, this does look like she disapears but it's just an illusion,

I never saw any aliens, left my bed, went aboard a ship ,etc... I felt a presence but only when I would think about one.
Sleep paralysis, most abductions may be...but then how does one write the cases off which involve awake individuals? This phenomenon is much larger than one might believe.

After watching this video a lot!! you can see that she does not disapear then reapear because when she slides back down from on her knees her left foot slides to the bottom of the bed you ccan see this by the hump in the bottom of the bed.
When she seems to appear the foot slides back up when she turns, this does look like she disapears but it's just an illusion,

I never saw any aliens, left my bed, went aboard a ship ,etc... I felt a presence but only when I would think about one.

This is totally wrong, and if you actually did some research on the subject you would see that's not the case at all. The majority of cases involve people awake, and only rarely in their beds. Some our out driving when they are compelled to drive down a desolate road, and then they see a UFO. Sometimes this involves multiple people.

@MisterLucasDudeMan1 the thing that "people should go up" is just made up by people themselves. no one really knows what happens and how they look, we are just using our imagination to get some entertainment or something
