totally agree with you Kighahex, these guys make it look like a simple feet because they have years of expirence. You probabaly have to train for at least a year just to have the endurance to get up the pole let alone do it in world record time.

its fun to compete in this sport and its hard work getting to the top but its worth it. the thing that go's around the pole its named a strop. and the spike things are climbing irons. I love taking part and you get one hell of an Adrenalin rush.
