i am afraid from scars on my nipples it looks like gabriel chest was reduced but the nipples are abnormal.. im 19 years old how do i know if i need to remove breast tissue ? i am worrying about how the niiples will look like after surgery? and how many weeks does the scars take to heal ?

my friend had this procedure done..but primarily liposuction..but he is left with puffy prominent nipples..as the doctors couldnt establish much breast tissue in the intial examination. so would a direct excision be required , if so what is the downside of this in terms of recovery, scarring and general feeling of the nipple afterwards? many thanks

most likely, it would require a direct excision. This is a small incision at the base of the nipple-areola. The scarring is minimal as is the recovery (it could be done under local anesthesia). Most men retain normal or near normal nipple sensation.
