who would pay $ 16.75 million for a house is crazy. If I was a billionaire I would not buy this house. Do people know how many people we have that are poor and living on the streets. I can think of a lot of people I could help out with just half of this $ 16.75 million. I could buy car for people who don't have one.

Just look at it this way, there are people who have bought a Mercedes Benz for 50k or more. Great house.... but it is a MONEY PIT!!!!! Think about all of the people you would need to hire just to do the landscaping alone, not to mention clean the inside of the house..... A person like a Bill Gates or equivalent, with a large family, would be ideal to purchase this house IMO....

Btw, this is going to keep dropping to the value of the land + material in the house - cost of getting all the clutter and crap out. The whole concept of this house is flawed, they put the most expensive materials inside and yet the house itself is not even built with brick.

@borninneworleans See what you do is buy the house, then donate the extra land and golf course to the city to offset your taxes/expenses for years. I would offer $8-10 million and then only live in it some of the time then rent it out for special occasions further paying for its own upkeep.
