I hate this keyboard because it doesn't have a damn backlight. Not sure what Sony was thinking with this one. Please revise this with a backlight. Also a keyclick sound would be nice. Just something to know if you've succesfully clicked a key. It's because its so small and the buttons so clicky, I have to look down at it as I type. I have to stop, look up at the screen and doublecheck to make sure I've typed accurately.

I wouldn't buy one. I watch a lot of movies and internet browse quite a bit. I wouldn't want this. You'd be better off buying an actual keyboard if you wanted to type faster. Like you said in your review '' you miss a letter at least once every time you type with it'', nothing beats a standard keyboard. But even the Logitech one they say is for playstation. You can't zoom using L2 and R2 Right? Plus you cannot access the Ps menu. Just buy a standard keyboard. but it put's extra crap on table.

I'm sure once you get used to the keypad much like keyboard you don't need to be constantly looking... and about the backlight i'm sure they had tested it before they would put it on the shelfs so what i think about it is, would direct the eyes down to the keypad more-so then when your gaming.

I like how you say blackberries are known for great keypads. Instantly i think of my Grilfriends loaner phone. Blackberry Storm. Jesus christ worst keyboard I have ever typed on in my life. SOO LAGGY. And her actual phone the Blackberry Pearl, Fml. Two letters on one key? Like I can understand regular keyboards 3-4 letters on each key. But 2? and then one on some? It's a completely different setup that you actually have to learn and takes days to do so. Sorry...but fuck blackberries.

Sounds like a good device! I hardly ever use the text function on the PS3 as a result I'm usually really slow when someone sends a message, they probably get offended because they think I'm ignoring them!! it probably ties into phone texting, if you do that a lot and are good at that its fine, if not you're buggered.
