No one would take an already finished freestyle and put it word for word on a song. But he's just like us - he makes mistakes, he probably needed to practice these lines beforehand to memorize them in his head. I'd say if anything the last half of the third "freestyle" is more of a freestyle than any of them are. Since his rhymes are much simpler and its not like something he'd write.

The idea of a "freestyle" is that you are putting a verse to an unknown beat for the first time, hence making it flow is much more difficult
