  • Hey Raj, you probably don't remember me, but I was a student of yours a long time ago, back in Oxnard. I was the kid with the Les Paul who couldn't play :). Any way, it's good to see you tearin' it up ... and I've gotta say thanks for the lessons. Truth be told, I kept those note for years and every time I fell into a rut, I'd pull them out and still find some other nuance to add to my toolbox. Thanks for everything, and keep on keepi9n' on. The East End group was my mother Bonnie (5 string Martin), my sister Linda (12 string Gibson), Martin Young (6 string), Tom Painter (banjo), there are a host of others but it has been a few years!
