They were not proper police- they are just plastic police aka 'Communtiy Support Officers' they don't have any powers apart from issueing parking tickets and tickets for riding a bike on the pavement (sidewalk). You should have carried on filming guys but good job all the same!

The video is was kinda funny, but like how flunder said. YOu need to make a more serious sign so they outisde world will take you more serious. If you make a sign that says "Scientology Sux", people around you will probably get the impression that you are doing this as a prank or doing it to be mischievous. So my advice, project yourself as being serious even though you might be doing it for the lulz. It will spark a better reaction.
