Man I have been watching Dragon Ball ever since i was a kid. I'm talking ever since it came on tv. Then DBZ came into my life and I was never the same again. Plenty of action, plenty of cool characters, even the classic villains like Frieza. It shouldn't have ended this way. The dragon balls were the reason for the series name, cannon or not. I'll never have another favorite anime like this nor follow it this long for as long as i live.

Because he's a kid again, he'll live longer than them and will live longer, hence why he probably doesn't want to actually be there, to watch everyone he loves die of old age. He is, however, ready to save everyone again if needed. He returns as an adult when everyone is deceased, because, without Vegeta, he's needed there as the protector. It's really touching.
