I suppose none of you have read any of the four volumes of peer reviewed articles in the millennium ecosystem assessment whose findings show that humans are consuming resources faster than they can be replaced or renewed. Simon would have lost the bet if it were longer term. I suggest you also look up Easter island or pitcairn island histories.
It's easy to dupe someone in a large city when it comes to the issues of climate change and overpopulation. They purposefully live in little cages, and they experience nothing but whatever blows in between the concrete sheets or on the flickering screen.
3cl3c71k0r And the way to combat global warming is? Force people to live like cave man? With this hoax, or to spend money on carbon credits, which do nothing except make you spend money to live the way you want to.
3cl3c71k0r Here is a question for you, If CO2 is responsible for manmade global warming, then why are we in statistical heat decline? I mean comparing to previous years? If we pump more and more CO2 into atmosphere, how can temperature decrease? What you are saying, is that if I constantly add more sugar to tea, at some point it might get less sugary?
Um, I'm on your side. Man-made "Global Climate Change" is a farce. It's just a handy, made-up crisis for socialists to use as a lever. The point I was making is that as you travel to increasingly rural areas, the more "Global Climate Change" and "overpopulation" look like jokes. City-dwellers, however, are easily duped.

Malthus was wrong. So was Ehrlick.
The current Malthusians are probably wrong as well.
