You know, I admire people for trying new stuff. The premise of Breakdown is that EVERYTHING is seen in the first-person. But think about it. If somebody pitched it to you like, "Well, it's game where EVERYTHING is seen from the first-person view," you probably would just shrug your shoulders and wonder what the big deal was (I certainly would). But the first-person view added a really cool feeling of immersion that I've never felt with other games.

I can definitely see where you're coming from Shockmaster. Not only did I enjoy the FPS system throughout the whole game, but I was also thrilled with the philosophical standpoint they took. I was in awe with the gameplay, plot, and twists that the game constantly threw your way. I can certainly say i wish they'd bring a sequel to the 360

It's extremely rare that I'd say a movie would make a good film, but really, Breakdown is PERFECT movie material.

Ill tell u something every single person who plays games want something out of games, a story a game that will make you feel something and to all people who think breakdown sucks i have nothing to say to you u obviously dont know a good game when you see it. I have finished this game and you cant get a better satifaction of finishing this game then saving it and relized youve played it for 20 hours. Reply on this comment.

totally agreed on. shame namco didnt promote it at all, it woulda been way more popular than they they would've expected. hell, they might have even sold enough copies to consider making a sequel. some company needs to 'discover' this game and pick up on it and do just that. since namco didnt seem to appreciate their own gem, i doubt they'd mind selling the rights to breakdown as a franchise to some other developer. or it could be my wishful thinking...

you mean your running from solus (sp)? and you have to turn the levers to get the water pressure up or something its been a while

I dont have much to say, you just need to keep running and dont stop, jump the claymores when you need to and block the bullets from the soldiers.(if you let them live soulus will take care of them giving you time)
