on another note, just thought I'd point out I'm not here to argue over the plausability or truth/falsehood of christianity/any other religion, but I watched this video series from a christian perspective detailing the strategies that the force(s) who oppose God use. They are STRIKINGLY similar to the way the upper class behave in this system! my point: authentic christianity is NOT the enemy!!! evil and corruption is!!!

@picklem576 authentic christianity is not really a religion, it's a spiritual relationship with God through Jesus Christ. If you want to say that Jesus lied well that's up to you but to me that's very far fetched. I believe the words of Christ more than I believe the words that come out of the mouth of any other human being. I'd sooner trust God than man.

@Sophiethefembot do you need to be reminded that in the original bible it was said that you are allowed to have slaves? and that if someone tries to pull you away from christianity your allowed to kill them?. And Jesus did not create the golden rule "do on to others as you would want done to yourself" that rule was made by civilizations around the globe, many of which were raided and exterminated by christian followers, take the Mayans for example.

@picklem576 my friend, have you got your facts straight? I do not trust that you do, I'm sorry. When you say slaves were allowed, you are referring to the old testament which yes is relevant to christians today and has been always, but that is not the words of Christ, therefore not a pillar of christianity. Furthermore, slaves in those days were not how we think of them in the West. They had rights like free-men and were treated well. Where does it say you can kill someone who pulls you away?..

@picklem576 from christianity? I have never heard of such a verse. I know Jesus didn't create that rule, I never said He did, but obviously it was Yahweh, His Father and Creator of all Who did. Mayans were raided by christians? Where did you get that from? I doubt that christianity was even around in those times my friend. If you are meaning the Jews instead did this, then that's not christians is it? Besides, I don't think they even did that. Where are your sources for this?

@Sophiethefembot in the 1500s the spanish conquistadors were indeed christains, and the reasons the mayans do no live today, any mayan that did not follow the word of jesus were killed by these conquistadors. If you have an original copy of the bible, not the revised editions where they take that stuff out and pretend theyre innocent. Lenin and Stalin were Jews? News to me. True, Jews have made a disproportionate intellectual contribution to socialism, as well as medicine, science and economics. But they suffered under Soviet communism and were killed off; in one purge Stalin "cleansed" the Jewish doctors. Great healthcare plan.

I lived in Communist Russia, the only people allowed to leave the country were Jews. During the communist regime in russia 130 million Christians were killed. Churches were demolished by the thousands yet the Synagogues were rebuilt. You were able to say anything bad about jesus but if you said anything even as much as f..in Jew U would go to jail. All at the very top were jews, or under Jewish control in Communism.

Thank you for your comment. This video is for 16 year olds and is an introduction. We work up to economic classes later on. I do know what I am talking about but I would wager that you find Marxism unpalatable as you are clearly a man of your own cloth.

This is why I am feeling Marxist opinions, they make sense. The only reason I am not going out and causing a revolution is because I am both too familiar with this and I know that free communism can result in unchecked uncicilized behavior. It seems that sometimes we need to be oppressed to function properly. =/

Communism is where the state is governed and controlled by the people. Their behavour is checked by overall society.

The only problem is trying to create a democratic communist society.

A revolution tends to lead to an obligarchy rule of a minority over the majority, which causes great harm.
