I made yesterday and it came out wonderful. It was so delicious and nutritious too. Everybody loves that food.

But I have a question.... Can I make the batter in larger quantity & keep it in the fridge and use for 2-3 days???? Can I do that becoz' I want to eat everyday for my breakfast. Please reply. I will be very thankful to you.

  • I love that you're having a bit more fun in these last few videos! The drumming on the watermelon, singing in this one... Classic! Thanks, Chef!

  • chef, please tell us how much water to add to the batter mix.

my mixture still had small lumps of rice - maybe my blender is not powerful enough to make completely smooth batter - what did i do wrong?

also i did not get the small air bubbles like you have.

i also added chopped tomato (along with the ginger, chilli etc.) which works really well. try it! :-)

  • MLA Pesarattu? ROFLMAO!

I should start calling things "MLA" or "Chairman" if they're especially over the top. Thanks as usual, my Pesarattu came out wonderfully - you're the reason why my girlfriend is still interested in me.

Well, you and my dashing good looks.

  • MLA Dosa or Pesarattu is nothing but jumbo sized dosa.u need 3-4 big trays to hold it.

  • Your awesome Vanchef...do that licking again...lol

  • haha i love the endings

  • Sanjay,

as usual excellent cooking. you are amazing and no doubts gifted chef ;-)

  • No salt ?chef ?

  • @vahchef if i can not find the green looking peas can i add another kind of veggies ? what kind of rice can i use ?

  • @vahchef To make it an even healthier dish can I use Brown rice instead of white rice?

  • @vahchef Can I substitute white rice with brown rice?

  • Wow. You've been busy. Didn't you just get married? hehe

  • hi,

    moong dall is lentils? Thanks!

  • I think the word "dal" or "daal" means lentils.

  • hehehehe I love the way you eat,

Thanx great job I really learn a lot from you, you are amazing.

  • "They'll go bonkers" This channel RULES, and our Vah Chef is truly awesome.

    Greetings from Texas, chef!

  • You are making me so hungry, Vahchef. What was that little song you sang at the end, by the way? What does it mean? Wonderful work!!

  • you put uppma inside...is it wrong to add a dry yoghurt/potato curry, or something similar? would that work?

  • you can serve it with potat curry too-

  • ahh thanks :) was just wondering if i may be breaking some unwritten rule :)

  • I remember from earlier dosa videos, more rice = crispier. Interesting, no spices. Explaining the two basic types of stuffed pratha and an AP dosa in one weekend and more chutneis to come, yey, classic Vahchef is back. Loved the singing chef. Thanks.

  • Hey sanjay thank you for nice recipe again..

so Glad to have u back...keep it up!!

  • YESSSS I loved it nice singing btw....man you couldn't wait to eat until after the show..made me really hungry and I don't have all the ingredients to make something like that.

  • My favorite dosa but I don't like allam(ginger) chutney.

  • u can become a nice singer sanjay :)
