Chef !!! doing great job...i learn a lot from you.....only one thing I want to tell you....please dont mix with hands.....I've suggested this site to my European friends too ....first I didn't notice ...my friends asked me .......this is just a kind comment from your sis
Nice video, going to try this week end! Your camera man must really have a good self control while shooting the result or will you give him a sample before the shot ;)
vah reh vah is not only inspiring others to cook, also you make everyone to laugh by singing and eating, i saw one video with your girl friend, palakad girl, sorry sorry, palak girl !! where is she ? I miss her a lot, You don't miss her?? Don't leave her alone man !!! Thanks for making me laugh by singing...
i also have the query as someone asked u earlier-- Can I make the batter in larger quantity & keep it in the fridge and use for 2-3 days???? will be very thankful to you. kindly reply..
hey sanjay...thank you so much ..i have been always looking for pesarattu receipe..finally you helped me out....can you also let us know how to make the 'alumm pachadi' (ginger chutney)..???
I made yesterday and it came out wonderful. It was so delicious and nutritious too. Everybody loves that food.
But I have a question.... Can I make the batter in larger quantity & keep it in the fridge and use for 2-3 days???? Can I do that becoz' I want to eat everyday for my breakfast. Please reply. I will be very thankful to you.
I should start calling things "MLA" or "Chairman" if they're especially over the top. Thanks as usual, my Pesarattu came out wonderfully - you're the reason why my girlfriend is still interested in me.
I remember from earlier dosa videos, more rice = crispier. Interesting, no spices. Explaining the two basic types of stuffed pratha and an AP dosa in one weekend and more chutneis to come, yey, classic Vahchef is back. Loved the singing chef. Thanks.
YESSSS I loved it nice singing btw....man you couldn't wait to eat until after the show..made me really hungry and I don't have all the ingredients to make something like that.
Annayya nuvvu allam chatnie to pesarattu kummuthunte noru voori poyindi telusaa.. :-P

I love that you're having a bit more fun in these last few videos! The drumming on the watermelon, singing in this one... Classic! Thanks, Chef!

chef, please tell us how much water to add to the batter mix.
my mixture still had small lumps of rice - maybe my blender is not powerful enough to make completely smooth batter - what did i do wrong?
also i did not get the small air bubbles like you have.
i also added chopped tomato (along with the ginger, chilli etc.) which works really well. try it! :-)
