tried 1 in my local music shop and the pickups suck their texas special telecaster pickups but they made it sound like a cheap squier i prefer the pickups on the mexican standard tele because the bridge pickup has falt pole pieces u get more bass from the pickup i raised it right up to the strings and it sounds amazing only problem is the wiring in the mex teles is not that good my neck pickup and selecter switch has stopped working so wiring lets it down
this is a great telecaster not so sure about the worn finish but if it has that played in feel yet lasts as long as a new guitar thats a very good thing and great tone and playing man your vids rock
Schöne Gitarren diese Road Worns, sind nicht so spitz wie andere Teles. War erst etwas skeptisch, hat sich zum Gegenteil gewendet. Die TS PU sind auch absolut i.O.
man id put a whammya and stickkers and paint it green id slap 12s on there and put a capo on 12th fret create a jata or de tryhn jikfed, thee old guy played it with his cock
Did the holes for the black pickguard line up right or did you have to modify it? I have the same RW tele. I bought an allparts 5 hole pickguard, but the hole in the horn of the guard is off a bit.
@MrJohntube12 I too would love an olympic white 60's reissue with a satin finished neck. Cant stand all the nitro on the reissue necks but I like the finishes on the body. Like to have a maple fingerboard on it too. Guess I could always slap an american special or lite ash neck on a 60's series body.
Gregor, you really have a great guitar and amp lineup, I was curious though if you would do the squier classic vibe line. I think you would really enjoy the sound and feel of those budget guitars.
Sorry I don't know anymore from wich site. When I find a nice Track I'll store it on my computer and don't make a list with an archive wich track came from wich site... Too many tracks too many sites. I can't help with this question! Seach for "blues backing tracks" or "jam tracks" and you will find a lot
i LOve them i cant wait to get tele i would rather have tele than a strat!!! i LOVe tele and les paul gotta be my favorite guitars of all time!!!!! aswell as the Gibson es-335

Those guitars are kind of stupid, guitars are supposed to look like that after years of playing.

Am I the only one who wants a 60's reissue with a faster neck on it?

I like this series a lot but I want a 60's reissue tele with a faster neck. In blond and something brighter maybe like red or blue.
MrJohntube12 1 year ago
@MrJohntube12 I also think I should specify that I want a fast rosewood neck. Perfect for those who like rosewood!
