It's hard to believe Jones started at welterweight and looked the stronger man against a natural cruiserweight. I agree that this guy has experience. However, he lost with Cunningham before. Jones has no chance against really fast fighters with great technique and legs movement, like Adamek or Cunningham.
Max don't count Guillermo out so easily. See his fights with Cunningham and Braithwaite, and some more of his other fights.
I think Jones would give Adamek some serious problems in their fight, and I wouldn't be surprised if he was able to eek out a close decision against the polish bomber.
