nope! its been stated that classic will be mute! thats so that sega dont get spammed with complaints. and apparently. its not because of a machine that they went back in time. its (maybe) a new charrie! he/she created time holes bringing sonic and his friends back in time. (shadow, tails and knuckles have been confirmed in the story)
@Furnicelover511 it's based on the classic sonic in the games, not the american classic sonic, this is really apparent with the classic design of eggman as well
Actually, the blue energy coming from the enemies is more like sonic 06 and unleashed than sonic colors
