That was so beautiful I am a mother of 4 children and I currently weight in at 262 pounds after my 4th child. I never struggled with weight growing up but as soon as I had children I packed on the pounds. I am so stuck I want to loose the weight badly but dont know where to begin. I was healthy weight when i was with my ex and then i got abused and he always made fun of me and over the course ive gained 115 pounds .But i have gotten over that and now getting on track. I just have one question- and please don't be offended by this but many people who want to lose weight think about things like this... when you lose this much weight in such a short amount of time- do you have a lot of extra skin hanging?
