@voted4bush Dave Mullins (DYN and DNF record holder as I type) seems to do well with the back of his head level with the top of his arms - i.e. his face is below his arms if you get me. Looking at this vid from around 0:10 it appears he's doing much the same.

head and arms position are excellent, could point his feet like a balerine for better streamline:)
