@HEARTHEANGELSVOICES Yeah but listen to the guitar, tone and attack are very similar to (& predate) Stevie Ray Vaughn, so the guy knew his Blues. Such a great, classic Fender Strat sound. Most of these guys were playing hollow body guitars (Gretsch, Gibson, Epiphone) which are warm and bluesy, or Burns which were the James Bond guitar but man, that Fender "quack" is something altogether different and remarkable. Good to hear someone who loved it enough to buck the trend.
Jack and Jill went up the hill, to feach a pail of water. Jack fell down, and he broke his crown, and Jill came tumbling after. Whooo, Whooo, Whooo,Whoooooo.
The itsy bitsy Spider went up the water spout, Down came the rain and washed the Spider out. Out came the Sun that dried up the Rain, The Itsy Bitsy Spider went up the spout again. Wooooh, Woooh.
I was 16 when I met a new girl in the neighborhood. Her name was Gail. Just like the song Im into something good, I walked her home and she held my hand. I kissed her, it was my first kiss with a girl. We dated for about a year. She moved away, I cried , it was my first heart break. I found out she was killed by a drunk driver in 1989.. But I;ll never forget Gail being my first love.
wow jimmy saville - so fecking creepy & ugly -- i went jogging with him in some charity thing when i was about 10 -- amazing how many untalented twats are/were stars
That Humpty Dumpty song is a take off from the Jamaican singer Eric Monty Morris who did it as a ska tune a couple of years earlier. The whoa part is taken from the Monty Morris version.
@j43ms cause he was taking a dump and his girlfriend came by and he was like shit i need to serenade her. then he started singing and hes walking and standing so akwardly because he didnt wipe
If you ever saw the second James Bond film (with Sean Connery) "From Russia With Love", you heard Matt singing the title song. He sort of sounded like a British Frank Sinatra.
The only man Frank Sinatra said he would pay money to hear sing. That looks ok on a resume !

Matt Munro was basically the British Sinatra, but never had the critical-mass Sinatra had. He recorded some great songs.
