As USA started Marshall Plan, Cold War has started and Poland wanted to get money but USSR did not allowed satelite countries to be in Mashall Plan. Instead, USSR maked their own "plan" and gived money to satelites.
Also, one tiny error in video-Yugoslavia joined in 1949 as they got rid of Russian influence.

@RikardKarlsen I'm not sure, but I do think it was because the blockades imposed on Nazi Germany by the British greatly damaged Swedish economy.
