crossers are so sick, i can't learn them to save my life

with crossers bro it takes doing the movement with just one hand to start and rock your body to make the poi go in front and behind your body at first to make it easy. ex. left in front and right in back your going to twist your body to put left in back and right in front, just do one hand at a time for about five ten minutes each and go slow. i find it easy to make homemade poi with rice but make them really heavy so you can go slower and muscle memory will kick in and you will be able to do it
