All maximas 92 and straight up til about 04 sound fuckin sexy bone stock to fully modded. those i would say are the top maximas, im not too interested in the way nissan went with the maximas body style and dat dumb ass transmission , but if i had sumthyn like an 08 -09 i would put 20's on it and cruise if even that

not true. You can turbocharge them for under a grand if you know what you are doing.

Still, Maximas have crazy potential.

If i was gonna turbo a car, i would rebuild the engine, and that cost around $400 bucks just for a rebuild kit, and than a machine shop to work on the head(s), and to bore the block, and thats gonna be around $200 bucks. Now the trubo, thats gonna be around $800 bucks for a good trubo, and if you install it your self you could save around $500 bucks for labor. Maximas are awesome, i love the Vq's. My last car was a VQ35de Altima, i just started my G37x lease a few days ago, and it is awesome.

You don't even necassarily need to rebuild the engine. If it has good compression, and has been taken care of, you can safely boost them pretty far.

If it needs a rebuild, you can fully build a motor with forged internals for about $1200, and put together a GOOD turbo setup from used parts for under a grand. Good used turbos are under $200. Turbo rebuild kits are cheap. Under 3 grand, you can put nearly any car reliably past 300whp on boost. Under $10k including the value of the car.

@SuperAnimekid Well there's a bumper-cam video of my M3 on my channel, the E34 really isn't anything to look at, and you're a little late on wanting to see the 240 I'm afraid. You can see its engine bay as the wallpaper on my channel, but I sold it last year to help with a down payment on a house (I suppose you want to see a video of my house now?). Speculate all you want, I have a good job and they're not expensive cars. I'm not gonna do any further pandering though.
