As for TubeMogul, I've used it in the past and see a benefit as far as having more backlinks but nonetheless, I prefer to have my videos exculsively on YouTube so I'm not splitting my views up between multiple places. The more views the better if people will choose to watch your video over the billions of others on the internet.
