1. When a monster attacks from sky, it will attack the investigator with the lowest sneak. If equal, then 1st player chooses. 2. The Terror track only moves on the next monster after the limit. So in a 6 monster limit game, the track would move when the 7th monster went to outskirts, and the 7th would go back in cup as well. 3. Awesome. Even though I have run through the game twice, I still watched to make sure I had all the rules down. I actually caught a few rule discrepancies on your side.  Please double check, put pretty sure these ate correct.
