It really does piss me off when people hate on Rachel. I mean, sometimes she does stupid, shitty things, but sometimes she doesn't. And sometimes she does amazing things. And despite her self-proclaimed narcissism she really respects and values all the other members of Glee.

that being said, I think the rest of the Glee club really does like her too. They protect/defend her when anyone on the outside tries to hurt her. they try to influence her to make good decisions... its complicated

Wow... they need to make a character like this. So far, they have made so many characters that have reached out to kids, but the only thing they lack is a character contemplating suicide. So many kids out there each and everyday think and think and think about death, they need something they can look up to, someone to represent them like Kurt represents Gays. I also thought about what if karofsky was depressed and got drunk and drove and hit rachel or kurt.
