XD, u dont need a cable (only if u using wireless). go to windows media player and u will see a tab callen ''library'' right click on it and u will see some options u can choose from, search the media sharing option, and lick on it and there will be a pop-up. and it says something like, share my files or something. click on OK, and your ready 2 show your nude pics 2 every1 XD

What cable do you use to connect the PS3 to the PC? I used my modem's cable, i dont know the name of that cable, its Ethernet cable i think, and it did not recognized my PS3 on the PC.

it has to be an ethernet crossover cable if you are connecting them directly with the ethernet cable, otherwise use 2 ethernet cables with a network switch inbetween
