this is just great! Not only he does great arrangements of pop and rock songs, he's good at writing his own stuff. And on top of that he's as unglamourous a musician can be. Fat ugly man with a bad haircut and a series of awful moustaches... doen't get any cooler than that. HA! on top of that his voice is good and he can sing along while playing those complex arrangements.
