@davidy87 I did, they have faded and are barely noticeable now. I found that Bio Oil or any Vitamin E oils help out i use them at night

Does Accutane lighten scarring? Or is it just for pimples period? Because for me, the scarring is out of control on my chin, and I want it GONE.

@kayjaybean It for sure helped with my scarring but it is still there a bit but eventually fades over time to a minimum

I just started on my 3rd month of Accutane and it's working well but I am worried about the side effects. I am black and I have gotten about 2 shades dark.I do track and field and weight train so I am worried about the joint and muscle pain. Since I started Accutane I have noticed that I am losing muscle and fast, this is a big problem for me because I need the muscle for track.I just wanted 2 know how long ur side effects lasted and if u have any advice?

@2fastFrancis Hey man I never really felt that i lost muscle at all when on accutane. I also never felt any joint when on accutane, had a sore back but saw a chiro once and that was fixed. If you are losing muscle which i doubt its from accutane man u may just be training more then ur calorie count is? just start eating more and see how that goes but other than that good luck man
