Ask yourself these questions, if the sun is the only light source then why are there shadows cast in opposite directions when reviewing some of the footage from the original moon landing? There are images where the astronauts are in the shadows yet you can still make out vivid details of them and of the lunar lander.
Have you ever heard of reflected light? Do you realize the moon's surface is highly reflective, and can illuminate objects which are perpendicular to it?

The major driving force behind the U.S. going to the moon was to beat the Russians there. The motivation was purely political. It was scientific and it wasn't military, although the latter was certainly a consideration.
After landing in '69 and proving our superiority in space, there was really no reason to continue. It's just a lifeless, dead rock after all.

NASA did want to build lunar stations and then go onto Mars in the 1980's, but, having beaten the Soviets to the moon, the US government heavily cut NASA's budget so all they could do was robot probes and orbital stuff. We don't have supersonic passenger planes now, but that doesn't mean Concorde was a fake.
The Concorde was shut down because of fatal flaws and noise pollution. To compare the scope of the two would be like comparing an aircraft carrier to a row boat.
If they tracked them all the way as you put it, they must of had some technology that no one knows about. Radar becomes ineffective on an object as small as the service/lunar module from that far out in space. It would be like tracking a grain of sand at 50 miles away on radar. NASA often uses scrambled radio communications so tracking via radio signals was also out of the question.

Having watched the moon landing myself live, I know it to be true. The entire world stopped to watch for those few brief moments when 3 men went someplace no one had gone before and faced all the perils that went with it. I used to think the Moon landing was a fake as well, until someone pointed out to me that the Russians -- the first people to have a satellite in orbit and a man in space -- haven't said word one about a faked Moon landing. And until recently, they were the only other country to have a space program.

What about the shadow? There are several posibillities, but without specifics I can't answer specifically.
E.g. A dimple could look like a protrusion with reversed shadow. A Curvature in the ground could appear to bend the shadow of one of an astronaut or flag.

Japan and China could be technologically more advanced in US in some areas, but in space tecnhology US is more advanced.
The Russian and Americans were the poineers in space exploration, because of that US has more experience in that area. China only send a man to space in 2003, and Japan never did it. Japan and China dont have a reusable launch vehicle.
and US have been sanding more unmanned space mission to other planets (like the recent Mars exploration rover) than these two countries, and the NASA spends more money than almost all other space agencies combine.

Have you seen the Clementine pictures of the Apollo craft on the Moon? The objects that NASA say are the lunar lander could really be anything. The claim below that Japan has mapped the areas and have found the vehicles left by NASA will be the same, small dots on the landscape which could in fact be a boulder or anything. NASA could easily go back and film the landing areas, but they wont because they didnt go in the first place.

Thanks - there is a laser pointer on the moon used to calculate our tides which has been beep beep beeping for some time now ;) I think there is possibility that the video could not be done at the time and hence the photographic and other issues that fuel the idea they did not go Time will tell - the Chinese hope to be there by 2015 the USA aim for 2018 - this all will no doubt change - but soon we will see the second small step

you all do know that there is, in fact, a flag planted on the moon. if we were never there, where then, did that come from? the myth that we never went to the moon holds about as much water as a bucket with the bottom missing. every example used to try and disprove solid evidence can be disproved itself. why some people will continue to choose to not believe is a mystery to me, especialy when the answer seems so obvious when you look over the evidence.

(2) Perhaps what you are looking for is a "parking orbit" which is used for transit injection. A transit injection of the magnatude you are referring to would take more then the fuel capacity of at least a 1000 saturn 5 rockets. Hence the term "inject". So that means that the astronauts would be gunning it there most of the way.

Ask yourself these questions, if the sun is the only light source then why are there shadows cast in opposite directions when reviewing some of the footage from the original moon landing? There are images where the astronauts are in the shadows yet you can still make out vivid details of them and of the lunar lander.

If that's the case, why did the Soviets have a fully-implemented and functioning lunar program, with a rocket (the N1) whose only purpose was to send cosmonauts to the moon? VA radiation was not the reason they didn't go. Their defective rocket engine was.

Most people don't know it, but Armstrong actually said: "That's one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind". The 'a' is hard to hear because of the noise. The statement doesn't really make a lot of sense without the 'a' when u think about it.

We never lost an astronaut in six missions to the moon, does anyone else find that hard to believe? Just try to grasp how much had to go right on each mission so as not to kill all these astronauts. Truly unbelievable, considering the technology on board each apollo craft amounted to that of a modern day handheld calculator.Yes the sad fact is we were all lied to and it is our responsibility to expose the greatest lie since religion.

We all would like it to be true.But it is just a big hoax that was concocted as a mean of intimadating USSR.Hovewer it was nothing more than making USSR more diligent about overtaking USA.My opinions are in this way.Some people may not be thinking in the same way with me,especially yanks,but truth seems to be this.

Do you honestly believe the USSR would let the U.S. get away with deceiving the entire world into believe such a hoax? They had all the equipment necessary to track Apollo every step of the way, so they would've known before anyone else if it was faked.
Yet, after all these year...nothing. Not a peep from the Russkies about a faked moon landing. The reason? They know it was real.

You are right.However I cannot help thinking that after the firs step on moon why they didn't go there again and establish permenant stations.Do they think their technology is insufficient,no it cannot be because it has developed greatly since 1969 then why?

The major driving force behind the U.S. going to the moon was to beat the Russians there. The motivation was purely political. It was scientific and it wasn't military, although the latter was certainly a consideration.
After landing in '69 and proving our superiority in space, there was really no reason to continue. It's just a lifeless, dead rock after all.

NASA did want to build lunar stations and then go onto Mars in the 1980's, but, having beaten the Soviets to the moon, the US government heavily cut NASA's budget so all they could do was robot probes and orbital stuff. We don't have supersonic passenger planes now, but that doesn't mean Concorde was a fake.

The Concorde was shut down because of fatal flaws and noise pollution. To compare the scope of the two would be like comparing an aircraft carrier to a row boat.

If they tracked them all the way as you put it, they must of had some technology that no one knows about. Radar becomes ineffective on an object as small as the service/lunar module from that far out in space. It would be like tracking a grain of sand at 50 miles away on radar. NASA often uses scrambled radio communications so tracking via radio signals was also out of the question.

You most likely believe in every other conspiracy theory too , 9/11, JFK, holocaust etc. Look up 'paranoid' in the dictionary, they're talking about you.

Had it been done so in that manner then they would have made their own counter intimidation. (Cuba would be a good example of how fast russians were willing to up the ante, so to speak). NO they watched the rocket take off and tracked it all the way to the moon. Not fake.

Having watched the moon landing myself live, I know it to be true. The entire world stopped to watch for those few brief moments when 3 men went someplace no one had gone before and faced all the perils that went with it. At the time they had gone for all mankind, not just for America, people seem to have forgotten that fact because now anyone can get there and back.

I used to think the Moon landing was a fake as well, until someone pointed out to me that the Russians -- the first people to have a satellite in orbit and a man in space -- haven't said word one about a faked Moon landing. And until recently, they were the only other country to have a space program.

the flag ripples due to movement from the vibration through the pole when the guys plant it - official - the varying shadow anamolies are explained by no atmosphere and the varying plays of light - officially - but these still remain key parts to the queries around the moon issue

The flag had a springy thing to erect, this makes it flop about for a while after someone fiddles with it.
What about the shadow? There are several posibillities, but without specifics I can't answer specifically.
E.g. A dimple could look like a protrusion with reversed shadow. A Curvature in the ground could appear to bend the shadow of one of an astronaut or flag.

thanks - i use a little of disputed footage in the video - the apollo 13 shot shows blue sky in the background - this was when apollo 13 was half way to the moon seemingly

If they did go why will it take almost half a century to go back and why hasnt any other space craft carrying humans ever travelled more than 400 miles into space in the meantime?
Use your brain and dont believe everything that is fed to you by the Government. Lets face it, if America went why havent Japan or China already been? They are far more technologically advanced than the yanks.

Its a pickle to prove anything on this though. One interesting fact about Orion was that NASA was working out the fuel required to reach the moon again - now surely - they already know ;) Russia and China expect to begin Helium 3 mining by about 2020. All of this i think will overshadow the past and soon we will forget 1969

Japan and China could be technologically more advanced in US in some areas, but in space tecnhology US is more advanced.
The Russian and Americans were the poineers in space exploration, because of that US has more experience in that area. China only send a man to space in 2003, and Japan never did it. Japan and China dont have a reusable launch vehicle.

I do use my brain. And I haven't gotten into the government archives. I suggest you use yours too. China isn't more advanced than the states. Sure japan has some very advanced technology- but what's it geared to? And guess what- US and other countries share tech that's developed in them.
Actually the question you should ask is why didn't russia at the time?.
Why don't we go back? simple- who's willing to pay for it?

Have you seen the Clementine pictures of the Apollo craft on the Moon? The objects that NASA say are the lunar lander could really be anything. The claim below that Japan has mapped the areas and have found the vehicles left by NASA will be the same, small dots on the landscape which could in fact be a boulder or anything. NASA could easily go back and film the landing areas, but they wont because they didnt go in the first place.

The japanese have mapped the lunar surface and photographed it all for the coming missions from China and the USA to land again by 2015 to 2018 - however - photos showing discarded moon landers etc - have not yet been published....

Eh, even if the the photos were published conspiracy nuts would say they were fake. These days it seems people use their imaginations to expose the worst in society. Where as back then they were imagining the best. If it is fake I'd rather live in my fantasy world then the miserable one they're dreaming up.

Thanks - there is a laser pointer on the moon used to calculate our tides which has been beep beep beeping for some time now ;) I think there is possibility that the video could not be done at the time and hence the photographic and other issues that fuel the idea they did not go Time will tell - the Chinese hope to be there by 2015 the USA aim for 2018 - this all will no doubt change - but soon we will see the second small step
