i read some short term studies done on the efficacy of single leg or unilateral exercises vs. bilateral exercise. There was no difference in vertical jump height improvement between those doing exclusively unilateral training to those doing exclusively bilateral training. doing unilateral exercises still has its advantages though. interesting isnt it?
nice work!! you should give the Winter "Overhead Anyhow" contest a try... 80% of your bodyweight overhead for max reps in 30 minutes. I'm planning behind-the-neck power jerks from the rack, but anything goes.
That would be great, especially after the first 15 minutes or so... Unfortunately it's a luxury I don't have :) So does this vid mean you're going all Crossfit on us now?

I think jerk boxes will help a lot, so your shoulders don't get fatigued from lowering the bar.
