  • good we didn't see you there, George is the man, he helped so many that no one realizes.

  • Bush rules!! if you don't like 4 dollar a gallon gas then get the fuck out of woodward!!!!

  • we're not just talking about waterboarding, we're talking about the torture of children that is just coming out (though the gov has known about it for years). google: "President Carter: Many Children Tortured Under Bush"

He has evidence from the International Red Cross, Amnesty International, and the Pentagon itself. This is probably the stuff they don't want you to see in those photos.

  • Bush's war= NO MORE 911'S! You ungrateful SOB. Al Queda sympathizer!

  • boy are you dumb. Saddam had nothing to do with 911. Go home we don't argue with 12-year-olds here.

  • Never said Saddam had anything to do with 9-11. So what's your point.

  • The point is Bush put the country in greater danger by invading Iraq. That's exactly what bin Laden wanted. He knew it would suck the economy dry and give him lots of recruits. Bush let bin Laden escape at Tora Bora, everyone knows that. The point is no war, no money for Halliburton. That's what it was and still is all about.

  • Um, just because he doesn't support bush doesn't mean he's an Al Quada sympathizer. I supported Bush in the war as well, but it doesn't mean there will be no more 9/11's. It does show others that we are a people who defend our freedom and if you are willing to attack us, you better be willing to face the consequences.

  • Some of the BS, he says in here is right out of Al Queda's talking points!

  • Can you give us some points?

  • Man I could, but I really don't want to sit here and listen to this political activist again! HE'S FULL OF SHIT!

  • So.... In other words; No you can't provide any evidence.... Or is it; No, you're too lazy to look up the info and give us some credible evidence. I'm curious to see how you think he's an Al Queda sympathizer.

  • If he says the same things as Al Queda does, he's no better then Al Queda.

  • As I said before, what does he say that is along the same lines as Al Queda?

  • I can't even stand to listen to this ASSHOLE! So I can't tell you what he says that sounds like Al queda talking points, I'm sure whatever I said wouldn't matter anyway. We torture our own special forces, so they will know what happens to them if they get caught.

  • So, you can't suck it up for three minutes and listen to him again? If your going to debate this issue, your going to have to do better than "I don't want to listen to him". What are some Al Quada talking points anyway? I'm curious. As for us torturing our special forces, it 's a good idea to show them what they're up against, so they can decide if they want in or not. I bet they're grateful we do it, instead of them being captured and not knowing what they're up against.

  • thank you for working to say what you wanted with such rational honesty and compassion.

Its good to know that plane folks think about some things alike.

Hope you keep the faith and we come through these difficult times with more compassion that some want us to share.

The power of America is in the well crafted words a leader because of the power of our example not by the example of our military power.

May we have the courage to continue to answer the complex questions through.

  • My heart goes out to you John. Bush and Cheney need to be held accountable for the devastation that has been brought upon your family, and the thousands of others. There are many working on that happening, and we will not stop until justice.

  • Well Said , Patroit

    from Nam Vet 67/69

  • This means more to me than any overly-written presidential speech in the past 8 years. It breaks my heart that someone so unmotivated held our country in his hands and watched its people fade away.

I take this message as another sign, that America hasn't lost all of its heart.

  • There are alot of fools out there. You showed that, by believing all this BS! Torture Head cut off, Stoned to death. Water boarding is not TORTURE! This guy is a political Activist, Blame Bush crowd. I voted for W twice, wish he was still in there. How ya like BHO.

  • Actualy, waterboarding IS torture. It makes people think they are drowning and can cause extensive mental damage to the person.

  • Having your head cut off is TORTURE! We water board our own guys. Water boarding is not TORTURE!

  • Waterboarding can cause extreme pain, dry drowning, damage to lungs, brain damage from oxygen deprivation, other physical injuries including broken bones (due to struggling against restraints), lasting psychological damage or, if uninterrupted, death. Psychological effects can last for years... Idk, sounds like torture to me. Have you ever tried waterboarding? It's not a pleasant experience. Oh, and cutting someones head off is Murder, not Torture. If you kill someone, its Murder.

  • Waterboarding is not torture! I BELIEVE IF YOUR SITTING THERE WAITING TO HAVE YOUR HEAD CUT OFF, WOULD BE CLASSIFIED AS TORTURE!! STONED TO DEATH TORTURE! ASK BERG, ASK PEARL, IF HAVING YOUR HEAD CUT OFF IS TORTURE! ASK THE COUNTLESS MEN AND WOMAN THAT HAVE BEEN STONED TO DEATH, IF THAT'S TORTURE! ASK KSM IF WATERBOARDING IS TORTURE! GUESS WAHT GENIUS, YOU CAN'T ASK PEARL AND BERG OR THE MEN AND WOMAN THAT WERE STONED. YOU CAN STILL ASK KSM! SO ACCORD TO YOU, WE TORTURE OUR OWN GUYS! JACKASS

  • Ok, I probably can't change what you believe, but I implore you to reasearch waterboarding and torture methods. I also agree with you, being stoned (before death) is a form of physical torture... waiting to be decapitated (before death) is a form of mental torture. If you die from these, it is considered murder.... to me anyway. As for KSM, if he was indeed waterboarded, he was tortured. Look up the physical and mental aspects of waterboarding. And what do you mean we torture our own guys?

  • We honor your loss.

    Nice video.

  • Thanks for all the kind words of support and to those who don't agree with John, I hope you never experience the unimaginable pain that comes from the loss of a child. Particularly the unnecessary loss for a cause that should have been avoided.

  • John your talk will be the shot heard around the world to start bringing Bush and Cheney to justice.

  • Thank you, we hope so.

  • God Bless you. I agree 100%.

  • John, I cannot imagine your loss, nor can I relate to the courage you portray with the message in this video.

Occasional incidents of Patriotism such as yours are proof that our Spirit as a Nation is alive, after all.

Thanks to you, your Fallen Soldier, and your effort to remind us all.

  • Where the heck were more guys like you Nov 2000 and Nov 2004? Well said, plain talk is unbreakable. I hope you keep it up.

  • John sdid it all; we should not be honoring a man who caused so much destruction and carnage for no reason.

  • very very well said john Scripsick. I salute you as a fellow american, and i very sorry for the loss of your son. the world would do well with more people like you. God Bless and keep you.

    Jason, Charlotte NC

  • Well said John Scripsick. John cuts through the veneer of false patriotism that covers the tragedy of Iraq and jabs at the past president who participated in orchestrating the war of choice. Let's urge President Obama to remove us from Iraq and ti not repeat the tragedy in Afghanistan.
