I think quickscoping takes no skill in every call of duty after World at War because those games didn't have the aid of SOHP to help with the exception of black ops, but kids whined and complained so much about quickscoping being too hard they made it easier. SO quickscoping takes skill IF you can do it without the SOHP/Quickdraw assistance....

Hardline IS an attractive perk but really be honest. Be immune to basically everything, aim down sights faster, or poinstreaks one kill early?

Quickdraw is nice but come on quickdraw does two things assassin does like 14 things...perk balance at its finest... you need to make the other perks in the tier attractive to beat Assassin/ColdBlooded/Ghost etc etc. or else the rest will be stomped in MW3 they didnt do a very good job of that unless you were a quickscoper. So it's impossible to get a heart-shot hitmarker, it more than likely lag or hit-detection.
