To be something "big deal" the animation is not movie worthy, its like the same quality you see on TV Series (nowadays).

I want to see it, but I'd be more excited if it was set post-anime. I love Wolfwood and I imagine his popularity is why they set this mid-series, but I always wondered what happened after the last episode with Vash/Knives and whether Meryl ever fessed up about her feelings to Vash. If they really wanted to include Wolfwood, I wish they would set the movie in a post-series frame so we'd have some idea of how things turned out and someone would tell the story of what happened in the past.

Look, i like the english language. I like how it's easy to use, the soud of it and all that jazz. But I think japanese dub is 50 times better than english dub, that's all. They have way more dubbers and way more practice, for obvious reasons.

I love how people complain about the fact it's in English when the setting is so clearly inspired by Western culture and the background text is in English and the characters are meant to be speaking English. There are perfectly valid reasons to watch/prefer something subbed or dubbed. This ain't one of them.

It's dubbed as well as possible so that everyone can watch it because you aren't going to make a whole lot of money only making a movie for otaku's :p

So don't complain when it comes out on DVD they will add a Japanese audio and subtitle version so just enjoy the fact that an anime movie is coming to cinema.

@supersonicprices you'r country is way too spoiled then. 90% of all movies that come out here are waith subtitles only (Denmark is a small country so we don't produce that many movies ourself), and i love it! There is nothing worse than a dubbed movie where you can tell that it's dubbed. Americans are just too lazy too read subtitles, but if you've grown up with it, you're able to enjoy the movie 100% without even noticing that you're reading them, therefore getting a better experience

Personally speaking I'm not enjoying anime in it's original language because of what you call "kawaii japanese voices". I like and prefer it cause of the badass japanese voices!
