I have seen this, since i was a child, but it hasn't hellped me to leave it. In fact, it holds you back, because you are less likely to take part in farm yard activities, with all the "normal" animals, and thus, they are granted feedoms, above those of the unwilling

Stef has explained this in other videos and podcasts. The STATE is not the farm itself. The farm is culture. The farm is willingly and proactively supporting the farmer and attacking livestock who refuse to obey. You may still be in a pen, you may still be regularly milked for tax money, but the minute you cease to be an instrument that punishes real dissent you've lost your real usefulness to farmer.

Private militarizes and police forces exist today, along with private roads and private mail delivery firms, and private everything the state does, and these institutions will simply grow to fill the void left by the state. The problem with your ideas here is that mankind has lived under monarchy and despotism for most of our history, and for most our history the vast majority of human beings lived in extreme poverty. This poverty only abated with the arrival of the first modern democracies and republics. I'd chalk it up to simply there being less government, though.
