One thing we know is Melnick and his people have totally screwed the pooch on this. Yes, they got a confession, but it may be thrown out, and they lost the "tried as an adult" thing right away too. Now, the judge is even letting the kid go home for Thanksgiving, which tells you where the case is going. I don't know if this kid was simply unable to understand death, or he was abused, or he's somehow a natural psychopath, but now, all the system cares about is covering it's own butt.

Recent news developments show that the 8yr old murdered no one. Inept policing; and disclosure reveals that the 8yr old "FOUND" both victims already dead. He killed no one, however; who killed the victims has not been discovered.

This is a case of child sexual abuse and the kid had no where to turn. He shot the father for abuse and the other because he saw the abuse taking place and did nothing to stop it.
